Open Role View

Terms of Service

How Open Role View provides account access and fixed-period paid passes.

Last updated:

The service

Open Role View helps you discover and organize roles from selected employers. It is independent from listed employers and does not employ applicants or represent those employers as a recruitment agency.

Your account

Use the same Google, Microsoft or LinkedIn account each time you sign in. Accounts created with different providers are separate, even when their email addresses match. Protect your sign-in account and contact support if you suspect unauthorized access to Open Role View.

Paid access

Passes provide access for the stated term at the price and currency displayed. Payment is one-time and passes do not renew automatically. Access ends when its term expires; there is no recurring subscription to cancel. A further pass extends access after an existing trial or pass. Review the payment details on Stripe before submitting payment.

Job information and applications

Listings, availability and generated summaries or translations can change or contain errors. Confirm current details on the employer’s official source or application page. Applications are submitted externally; the relevant site’s terms and privacy practices apply.

Content and acceptable use

Use the service for lawful job discovery and organization. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access or misuse another person’s account. Employer content and names remain subject to their respective owners’ rights.

Availability

The service depends on employer sources and external services. Continuous availability, complete employer coverage and a particular employment outcome are not guaranteed.

Changes and questions

The revision date identifies this version. Contact us with questions about account access, payments or these terms.

Governing law

Swiss law applies, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.

Jurisdiction

Subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules, courts in the Canton of Vaud, Switzerland, have non-exclusive jurisdiction over disputes concerning this service. Applicable mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

Suspension and termination

We may restrict access when necessary to address serious misuse or security threats. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and provide an opportunity to respond. Contact support with questions about a restriction or a refund request. Refund requests are assessed case by case; applicable statutory rights are unaffected.
